Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Administrative Assistant role, you’ll support the project needs within the Asset Management department. Day to day, that might include:

* Support departmental and project needs by coordinating meetings, schedules and communications between team members as well as managing expense reports.
* Collaborate with consultants to identify, research and interpret information.
* Create and distribute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and meetings notes.
* Contribute information and updates to project management dashboard.

* There are a lot of changes in our industry so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
* This role is heavily collaborative, so someone who is team-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is most likely to succeed.
* Experience working with and deep knowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required.
* A two-year degree or equivalent work experience is required.
