Business Analyst Sr.

As a Business Analyst Sr. you will be responsible for evaluating business operations to understand gaps and opportunities, analyze requirements and recommend solutions which enable the business unit to achieve goals within established strategies. This position directly will be responsible for Mini Track Loaders, Small Articulated Loaders, and Toolcat Utility Work Machines within the Bobcat Ground Maintenance Equipment business unit.

Location: West Fargo, ND or Statesville, NC

• Drive organizational understanding and focus on Ground Maintenance Equipment products and value stream performance improvement.
• Analyzing business unit operations and summarizing findings to support senior decision makers.
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
• Oversee administration of new business initiatives.
• Develop & maintain a relationship with stakeholders to support the implementation of initiatives and ensure understanding and approval.
• Discern how changes in external business environment & processes will impact GME goals.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related field
• Experience: 7+ years relevant experience preferred
• Travel: 10 - 24%
• Have a wholistic mindset while also being detail oriented across the organization's scope
• Possess a natural ability and drive to focus on project/value delivery
• Understand importance of cross-functional collaboration and teamwork to create long term success
• In-depth knowledge of business processes especially internal interactions between functions and processes
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and tools, with hands-on implementation experience
• Communicate clearly and concisely, distilling complex subjects into actionable decision frames
• Be data driven, systems thinker; exercises sound judgment in analyzing problems from multiple perspectives
• Demonstrate credibility, and integrity in confidential situations
• Proficiency with Power BI (and/or Qilk/Tableau), Excel, and PowerPoint
• Oracle, Delma Apriso, Thingworx, SQL/R/Python/VBA or similar applicable experience is a plus
