Robert Half is looking for an experienced, industrious Accounting Manager for an immediate opening at an innovative, on-the-rise Agriculture company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. An integral part of this position is establishing and scaling company accounting and finance operations. Your responsibilities

- Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant

- Play key role in implementation of NetSuite Financials including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

- Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

- Ensure close deadlines are met by encouraging and managing the accounting team performance during the closing process

- Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

- Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

- Possess a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
