Join us at White Bear Lake School District as an Assistant Recreation Lead. We are looking for individuals with a passion for children who can ignite the passion within children.
A successful candidate will assist in the planning and implementation of elementary school extra-curricular activities, actively engage with our youth, cultivate positive relationships with parents, and explore a variety of educational programs. No formal training is required.
Benefits include;
Competitive pay, between $18.50 - $20.50/hour based on experience.
Flexible hours between 6:30 am - 6:00 pm. We'll work with you on specific scheduling needs.
Full and part-time positions available.
Healthcare benefits available for those working over 30 hours per week.
Paid sick leave, paid holidays, and paid vacation benefits.
On-the-job, paid training for first aid, CPR, child development, working with special needs children.
Ongoing staff development.
Strong team environment.
