Customer Service Manager

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Manager will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to problem solve and make critical decisions with responsibility to do the right thing with a timely manner.

This Customer Service Manager duties will include:


  • Coordinate all customer service activities, processes and personnel
  • Administer the processing and expediting of quotes, sales orders and invoices
  • Support customers, distributors and sales team in making decisions by providing key solutions
  • Set up and maintain showroom for sales presentations

Required Qualifications:


  • High level of competence in management of inventory control, movement and distribution
  • Knowledge of building materials regulations as well as general
  • Inventory control LIFO experience

Actionable leadership skills as an Customer Service Manager using workflow, layout, assembly, and communications. Team player mentality to motivate, address, and compromise. Using these skills for problem solving and attention to detail. A Customer Service Manager will implement lean Six Sigma programs and use benchmark safety.
