Control Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Develop controls system concepts and architectures and transfer these into functional, cost effective hardware and software solutions.
- Design, manufacture, document and test the following: control systems, process controls, system integration functions, functioning automation.
- Develop bills-of-material, drawings, user manual information, etc., and cost estimates and proposals
- Implement new projects and perform project modifications that are electrical/ electronic/ programming in nature.
- Program industrial PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
- Provide technical sales support, assist with on-site debug, commissioning, and customer training
- Provide project engineering and leadership of assigned projects.
Experience Requirements
- BSEE with 5+ years or AA with 5+ years of automation experience, food process industry preferred
- Proficient in electrical design software, AutoCAD Electrical preferred
- Experience with PLC programming (A-B preferred), Siemens, Wonderware products, Rockwell products.
- Experience in project supervision.
