We provide our clients with Automation solutions for a wide variety of projects and issues, allowing them to close market gaps quickly. We have extensive experience with designs, software and bringing products to market and we blend seamlessly with our clients teams to bring this ideas to fruition. This role will be a blend of helping our customers and supporting our sales staff. The role will be work from home but involve frequent travel to customer sites.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team of experts in the Automation industry. As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will be working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating with a team of talented professionals to deliver world-class products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop turnkey automation solutions for clients in the engineering industry.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Use AutoCAD and Solidworks to create detailed designs and drawings of automation systems.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring that they are accurate, competitive, and meet the needs of the client.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive timely and effective support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform the development of new products and services.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, project management, and automation.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Solidworks.
• Experience in preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
