Mains'l Services is looking for Direct Support Professionals to work in our home in Vadnais Heights. As a Direct Support Professional in Vadnais Heights, you will have the opportunity to work with 4 individuals in their home. This position will entail a lot of medical support, including complex medication regiments, feeding tubes, working with a variety of medical devices, checking vital signs, completing personal cares (bathing, grooming, dressing), assisting with range of motion exercises, and lifting/transferring. Along with that, you will also have the opportunity to hang out, go bowling, and enjoy concerts.

Hourly Wage: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Shifts Available: Full-time Days and Full-time Evenings

Collaborating with the person you work with and your co-workers to problem solve and create a positive and inclusive culture.

Providing assistance or support with activities of daily living in the person's home and their community based on the needs and preferences of the person you work with.
This may include transportation, personal cares, cooking, cleaning, medication administration, support of positive behavior and working through difficult situations in ways that lead to positive outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience in medical supports
At least 18 years of age
Valid MN Drivers' license
Reliable transportation with valid insurance coverage
Ability to pass a background check through DHS
