Make an impact with a diverse team that shares your passion for helping others and start doing your life's best work.(sm) The People Experience team is looking for a director to help drive strategic-level projects that will enhance the employee experience while advancing our growth strategy. Initially, this role will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across the People Experience team, and specifically will help steer the quality focus that is being developed and launched as a supportive framework across culture, strategy and essential capabilities. The role will report the vice president of People Experience. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Design, development and deployment of people systems, processes and thought leadership to equip leaders and team members to infuse culture and quality in everything we do Provide enterprise-wide and segment-specific deliverables and outcomes in the following areas of expertise: Helping to define and reinforce a culture of quality to drive better business outcomes Leadership development around our values, employee value proposition, essential capabilities and growth priorities to drive business outcomes Change management for several experience projects and programs Helping to identify operating model opportunities Focusing increasing organizational effectiveness as it relates to culture and quality You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience of change management and/or cultural transformation Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches Experience in change management, cultural transformation and operation excellence Experience in solving unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business Expertise in developing and managing large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives Experience in a matrix environment Careers with UnitedHealth Group. All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California/Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada/New York/Rhode Island/Washington residents is $118,000 to $226,800.
