Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer for a Direct Hire position with a client located in Janesville, WI. This role will consist of designing control systems for production orders, resolving field issues and ensuring the customer gets the functionality they need. There will be some travel (10-15%) as the Electrical Controls Engineer will help in the commissioning of the product. This role is customer facing and must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay/Salary Range: $85,000/yr - $100,000/yr
Electrical Controls Engineer job responsibilities include:
??? Work on presser control systems
??? Customer facing, must have excellent communication and presentation skills
??? Design and develop control systems
??? Developing and configuring PLC controls & instrumentation for alternate fuel (hydrogen) fueling systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
??? Bachelor's degree (B. S.) Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineering, or related
??? 0-2 years of relevant experience
??? Experience in CNG compressor control design
??? Experience in PLC
??? C Language/ Java/ Python (software development/ AUTOCAD)
