Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage due diligence and transaction support engagements, including reviewing financial information and developing financial models.
  • Advise clients on transaction-related matters, including valuation, structuring, negotiation, and post-transaction integration.
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, investment bankers, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, including financial analyses and transaction summaries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • MBA required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, law, strategy, and business.
  • Strong experience in valuation, including familiarity with various valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with financial modeling software and transaction databases.
