Principal Accountabilities
  • May operate heavy machinery (such as forklift) or computer programs
  • Use a variety of tools and retrieve parts to perform general repairs and maintain equipment
  • Conduct daily set-up of area
  • Troubleshooting
  • Perform lock out tag out and other safety procedures
  • Written and digital Documentation: daily log, round sheets, and other reports
  • Working around or with machinery and power sources such as electricity
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Cover vacations for rotational engineers.
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Cover vacations and absences for rotational engineers
Required Qualifications
  • 2nd Class B or above boilers license.
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as required
  • Willingness to complete procedural training for this position
  • Ability to self-manage all tasks in a timely manner per company policy
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance related subjects
  • Willingness and ability to participate on various teams such as HAZMAT
  • Ability to attain the refrigeration/Caro and Ciro certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Computer skills
  • Previous ammonia refrigeration or PSM experience
