In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives on matters related to financial research and reporting as well as financial consulting related to business performance across three primary products: Inventory Financing, Real Estate and Treasury Management
  • Provide advice and technical expertise on matters related to complex financial analysis as well as economic research in support of management decisions
  • Have ownership and analysis of financial projections, actual period-end results, and other required LOB financial submissions;
  • Meet deliverables and drive new initiatives with solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Understand and advise on capital usage including pricing analyses
  • Risk management and stewardship of sound financial and operational internal controls and processes;
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Have governance and oversight over the LOB's management reporting including production reporting;
  • Have direct partnership with LOB Commercial leader to support Commercial needs of the business
  • Establish strong partnerships with the Corporate Finance COE's and other function support partners, including Controllers, Risk, HR, Legal
  • Offer cross-business line support as needed with respect to System of Records subject matter expertise
  • Program compliance and all related customer items including pricing for Inventory based products
  • Ensure proper preparation of financial materials for operating reviews and reports; provide financial support for projects and other ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Develop, design, implement and modify financial models/tools for business analysis; anticipating issues based on knowledge of business trends and proposing direction and solutions
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
  • Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions
  • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
  • Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing others
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
  • Strong controls background and mindset
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office (including Access and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well within a group environment, as well as individually (with minimum supervision)
  • Must be flexible, diligent, detail oriented, self-motivated and demonstrate a desire and capacity to learn and to excel in new functions
  • Capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Auto industry, Real Estate and/or Treasury Management products
  • Experience with Business Objects, Relationship Pricer, Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce or Relationship View), and internal Wells Fargo Systems (OBIEE, iris Web, Profit View)
Pay Range
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00 Annual
