Millwork Estimator's use project plans, specifications, and other construction documents to accurately estimate material quantities and/or material lists for project bids and/or sold projects

Incorporate knowledge of materials, methods, and processes involved in the construction industry

Ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, construction drawings, specifications and other applicable documentation; understanding floor plans and products

Millwork Estimator's prepare accurate and timely material lists for commercial/large scale construction projects in a deadline driven environment

Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously, while being able to prioritize and multitask & very flexible in job management

Millwork Estimator's collaborate regularly with sales teams as well as estimators and designers within our truss and panel teams

Millwork Estimator's have a strong working knowledge of computers is required.

High level of communication is required at all times

Phone calls to Clients/Vendors

Millwork Estimator's work with multiple account managers & clients to address a variety of needs and concerns.
