The MDS RN is responsible for coordinating the MDS and assessments for all residents in the Care Center. Responsible for using the nursing process to identify resident needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning for and delegating care based on resident needs, therapeutic physician nurse interventions and evaluating the resident's response to care and process towards outcomes.

This is a part-time position working flexible day shift hours, about 16 hours per week. No weekends or holidays are required.
Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
3. Previous MDS experience preferred.
4. Minimum of two years long-term care experience preferred
5. Desired supervisory experience with the ability to work independently, make decisions and evaluate process.
