We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Analyst - Compensation to join our talented team! 

In this role, you will Support the creation, administration, and evaluation of North America Total Rewards and Recognition Program to build and drive employee value proposition. Empower HR and business leaders to make strategic, data-driven decisions through the administration of total rewards, data analytics programs to identify and report on trends within the business. Drive effective business operations through administration and enhancements of HR system functionality and performance.

This position may be located in: Bismarck, ND | West Fargo, ND | Statesville, NC

Role & Responsibility

  • Support administration and maintenance of total rewards programs for Doosan Bobcat North America employees (including active (non-union and union), retiree, and Canada populations) inclusive of annual pay increase and variable pay programs.
  • Interpret policies and procedures when questions arise.
  •  Develop and maintain process guides and documentation.
  •  Supports total rewards strategy and program development.
  •  Researches, analyzes and summarizes market data and pay practices. Including responding to market surveys and applying data results.
  •  Utilizes organizational methodology and processes to analyze positions across functions including both blue and white collar.
  •  Support development and distribution of communication materials designed to inform and market total rewards policies and programs.
  • Support development of total rewards initiatives for delivery to peers and leadership.
  • Support and collaborate with internal and external partners with reporting, auditing, and overall total rewards data management.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported.
  • Provide system and business support to HR users specific to position profiles and total reward solution management.
  • Support deployment and implementation of total reward system enhancements through business requirements gathering and partnering with IT development.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or equivalent. 
  • Travel Required:
  • Experience Required: 2 or more years
  • Human Resources or benefits experience preferred; Compensation administration experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to use sound judgment.
  • Experience working with large data sets, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI preferred

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
