As a Life Enrichment Director at Edgewood, you'll get to make a difference by fulfilling the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of the most amazing folks on the planet - our residents!
Responsibilities:
- Develop a monthly calendar of life enrichment activities
- Set up and run activities while providing resident oversight
- Order activity supplies
- Supervise a team of life enrichment assistants
- Operate within department budget
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
Minimum Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field, desired
- Prior experience in activities or recreation programming, desired
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Passion and drive for helping others
