Apartment Service Technician - Milwaukee area (Donna Drive, 107th, Bec

Our Service Technicians are critical to the safe, well-running and attractiveness of our properties. This position will support Becher Terrace (80 units), Clarke Square Terrace (60 units), Garden Place (63 units), and Garden Terrace (80 units) in Milwaukee, WI. You will work with a team of Technicians where you will be scheduled per day to a property generally. If you need to roam to another property during the day your time and mileage is paid for. This position does require rotating on-call responsibilities with our area technicians.

This position primary responsibility for:

• Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests
• Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc.
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Preventative Maintenance
• Emergency maintenance - this is a rotating schedule with 3-4 other area Service Technicians
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies
• Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers.
• Assist outside contractors when services are required
• Picks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experience
• Licenses: A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required. Travel to job sites is required. Reliable transportation and insurance.
