How you will contribute:

As a Building Automation Programmer, you will perform tasks to execute and fully complete projects including hardware design, system programming and graphics, installation coordination, and commissioning. You will work with the owner to educate on how to use the system and conduct owner training on the system. You will have the ability to impact the financial results of projects by managing costs and overall project efficiency. You will exercise your leadership talents by guiding, directing and mentoring the technicians and sub-contractors. This is a great opportunity to exercise your expertise while providing exceptional customer service.



What you need to qualify:

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of HVAC controls engineering, programming, and commissioning experience. You must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HVAC control systems, control theory, and building subsystems. Niagara AX certification is preferred. You should be able to demonstrate the integration of building sub-systems into primary building automation systems utilizing various industry communication protocols. (i.e. LON, BACnet, etc.) You should be proficient in using MS Office and Visio. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
