Hjemkomst Center Lead Building Attendant
Salary: $18.00-$19.60 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday days with occasional early evenings. Flexible. Approximately 20-40 hours per week. Temporary year around potential. Occasional weekend may be needed for assistance with festivals, or snow removal.
Join the Parks and Recreation Department. We are seeking a responsible detail oriented individual with good customer service to provide various maintenance and building tasks for the Hjemkomst Center. Duties include; opening and closing building, preparing facility for staff and customer arrival, cleaning the facility, setting up conference rooms with tables and chairs for meetings, and maintaining the grounds by the use of mowers/ trimmers and snow removal equipment. Additionally, this person will assist customers as needed in the absence of the Facility Coordinator and Parks Director. Some lifting up to 50 lbs.
