Zerr Berg Architects (ZBA), an architectural firm located in Fargo, ND, is hiring a full-time Recent Architectural Graduate. ZBA is a full-service architectural firm providing design services for projects of all types including primary, secondary, and higher education as well as commercial, municipal, residential, and industrial projects. Compensation based on experience will include salary and a competitive benefits package. All qualified candidates will be considered for the position.

Recent Architectural Graduate Job Duties:

• Support of the architectural design process from concept through completion in a highly collaborative, team-based workplace
• Construction document production including coordination and detailing through a collaborative process including Project Architects, clients, and consultants
• Support during Construction Administration including site observation
• Design layouts and conceptual renderings

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture, licensed, or on a current track for licensure within the next 3-5 years
• 0-3+ years of verifiable experience in the practice of architecture with a portfolio showing a design background
• Fluent in Revit, Bluebeam, , and MS Office Suite
• Experience with visualization software such as SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a professional work ethic
• Creative with a passion for quality design and a desire to make a difference
