Quality Assurance Auditor 2nd Shift

The Quality Control Auditor will perform receiving material inspections and various other audits. This position will also perform verification of equipment and product.

• Audit the raw material inspection process, including core gun operation and Foss Analysis procedure
• Audit raw scales, water meter and blending scales
• Ensure correct material and amount is used in raw side formulation process
• Ensure Operators are issuing material to SAP in real time
• Perform audit of raw material, WIP, non-meat ingredient & rework storage/Verify rework being used
• Perform audit of batter and breading pickups
• Document and issue claims to suppliers (Suppliers Ingredient Foreign Material management)
• Verify proper checks and usage of plates, blades, and bone elimination
• Conduct audit tours of SSOPs - operational sanitation and GMP monitoring
• Perform site security audits
• Ensure proper handling of fresh and frozen meat
• Perform audits of allergen/specific controls - storage inspections/wash down audits/scheduling review
• Serve as back up to QA Supervisor when needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong Math background
• Ability to use a computer
• Able to repetitively lift 50 pounds
• High School degree or equivalent required
