The Banking Solutions and Capital Markets Sales team is seeking a Sales New Hire Experience Program Manager to drive the strategy, development and execution of "world-class" new hire onboarding and orientation program across the globe.
In this role, you will work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the company, such as the People Office, Global Learning, Business line and Sales leadership. The scope of this program will include segment and role-based learning paths as well as onboarding of sales managers globally.
To be successful, you will have a passion for implementing sales enablement programs globally with an impact on sales results. The ideal candidate will have training and enablement program manager experience and thrives in a fast-moving and highly collaborative, matrixed environment.
How you will make a difference:
Work with internal teams and key stakeholders to create, update, and operationalize new hire sales development program
Own end-to-end program management and facilitation of onboarding and orientation scaled across our global sales organization
Collaborate with sales enablement and sales leadership to establish learning and development objectives
Develop and launch multi-layered learning paths that align training to attributes of top performers and shorten ramp to in-role productivity
Collaborate with teammates and matrixed learning organizations to execute and assess training effectiveness
Develop compelling sales tools i.e., presentations, playbooks, reference guides, etc. and deliver them across a variety of mediums (e.g., in-person, virtual, eLearning, videos, on-the-job support, management reinforcement & mentoring) to improve sales execution.
Perform a full and regular review of training materials, identifying areas that need to be updated or recreated ensuring that delivery includes multiple styles and methods
Develop measures of success/KPIs across programs and initiatives
Support annual events, like Sales Kick Off, as needed

Results oriented with the ability to create engaging programs and content using a variety of communication and training modalities.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
Working knowledge of how salespeople communicate, learn, and perform
Ability to translate performance needs into enablement solutions that measurably impact the goal attainment of the company.
Ability to influence effectively without authority.
Strong drive to achieve goals and make an impact on the business
Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment
Experience in cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization
Passionate about helping both our managers and sellers reach their sales goals
Resourceful, adaptable and can creatively collaborate
Both people and results-driven with a confident can do attitude.
10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or learning and development
10+ years of experience working with global teams in a corporate, fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
