MBW, Inc. is an innovative and growing manufacturer of concrete and compact equipment.


We are seeking a marketing coordinator who will be responsible for all marketing related projects which includes but is not limited to trade shows, all marketing materials, competitive analysis, customer analysis and staying attuned to industry trends.

This position supports the sales team and marketing functions by providing administrative support and project management as assigned by the director of sales and marketing. This position also maintains responsibility for CRM and data management for both sales and marketing.


Travel: Minimal - Less than 10% - usually for training purposes or trade shows


Essential Duties

  • Provides operational support to sales and marketing through data management, reporting and CRM management
  • Utilizes database records to conduct targeted marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Analyzes and interprets data, producing reports independently and as requested
  • Represents the organization at trade shows, actively marketing products to increases distribution base and sales volume
  • Understands business objectives and conducts customer service surveys to obtain marketing information about MBW products and services to discover prospective customers' preferences
  • Works with social media marketing to understand trends and what customers to target
  • Takes part in marketing material which includes using one's own likeness
  • Creates and manages a project calendar/timeline to ensure the timely completion of sales and marketing projects and events
  • Assists with planning and creation of MBW videos
  • Collaborates with sales team and other departments as needed throughout the process regularly
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the Marketing Plan
  • Ensures compliance with IMAP policies, marketing plan and branding plan in all marketing material with dealers and within the company
  • Responsible for yearly pricing
  • Responsible for market and competitor research
  • Responsible for press releases, editorial opportunities and MBW website
  • Oversees and updates dealer support databases
  • Prepares, edits and ensures the distribution of materials to increase product awareness and knowledge of MBW's products
  • Coordinates requirements and information for national accounts
  • Limited travel is expected for this position, usually for training purposes or trade shows
  • Promote and demonstrate MBW Core Values


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a business related degree
  • Two years of experience collecting and analyzing and summarizing statistical data.
  • Working knowledge of CRM management and reporting.
  • Time management and planning skills. Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and make good decisions.
  • Search engine, web analytics and business research tools acumen
  • Has built Marketing Plans and can see them through completion
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
