The Maintenance Technician is responsible for organization and project management of the facility and grounds of KEB.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Upkeep of facility
- Inspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
- Repair faulty equipment and damaged structures
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
- Plan and schedule repairs
- Conduct periodic quality checks
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with vendors for various building maintenance
- Coordinates, prioritizes, and manages projects
- Perform other duties as required or assigned

- Vice President of Operations
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Education / Experience
- Associate's degree in Industrial Building Engineering and Maintenance, Project Management or equivalent education/experience.
Licenses, Permits, and Certifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to follow work instructions accurately
- Ability to work well independently as well as with others
- Have attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on an infrequent basis, with or without reasonable accommodations
