I am currently hiring for a fast-moving Accounts Payable Specialist role with one of my construction based clients located in downtown Milwaukee, 53202! They are looking for someone to start as soon as next week and have a one-step onsite interview!
Pay: Up to 30/hr+ (based on experience)
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am - 5pm (some flex)
Hybrid: Yes, on as needed basis for appointments or sickness
Job Responsibilities:
??? Code and post accounts payable invoices.
??? Review invoices against contracts
??? Sends out invoices for review and approval.
??? Runs bi-weekly check-runs for job invoices.
??? Performs filing and archiving.
??? Responsible for subcontractor statements
Must Have:
??? Strong accounts payable background within a project or construction industry
??? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
??? Experience processing and coding invoices
