POSITION OVERVIEW:
We seek a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in Mercer, Dunn, and Mclean counties. As a Client Care Coordinator, your primary objective will be to ensure the ongoing satisfaction, quality, and safety of our existing clients. You will utilize your clinical expertise to manage and oversee care plans, conduct quality assurance visits, and provide training to our care professionals. Additionally, you will handle various reception and office duties related to referrals, appointments, and scheduling.

Additionally, you will handle various reception and office duties related to referrals, appointments, and scheduling.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Care Consultations & Home Safety Evaluations in rural areas of North Dakota
- Manage and update Client Care Plans
- Monitor charting
- Conduct Quality Assurance visits in rural areas of North Dakota
- Perform VA visits in rural areas of North Dakota
- Collaborate with Case Managers for state clients
- Monitor state client's authorizations in Therap
- Assist with Nurse Directed Services as needed
- Deliver education and skills training during orientations in Hazen, ND
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Nursing degree
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in geriatric nursing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Reside in Mercer County or be willing to commute to the Hazen, ND office location
- Hold a current, non-restricted RN License in North Dakota
- Complete the Home Instead Nurse Delegation Training available on Empower
- Adhere to Home Instead, Inc. requirements outlined in the Operations Manual
- Possess a clear understanding of the rules and regulations in North Dakota regarding nursing task delegation to licensed and non-licensed employees.
