Salary/Position Classification
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio) and Adobe Pro preferred
• Ability to self-start
• Customer service focused
Minimum Requirements
• Computer use - Microsoft Office In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identityand eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

- Graphics update in EBI
- As built drawings such as Visio drawings
- Inventory data input & other inventory related tasks
- Salvaged items inventories
- Work with supervisor to ensure mechanical information is available for mechanical trades as necessary
- Ordering and delivering office supplies for the Mechanical Operations trades weekly
- General office tasks
- Other duties as assigned
