Salary/Position Classification
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. The primary responsibility for this student position is to assist with activities of the State Office of Rural Health (SORH), Community Health Needs Assessments for rural North Dakota, Dakota Conference, and Scrubs Programs. The position is funded under the SORH, which is a federal Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) grant program, state appropriated workforce dollars, and the Dakota Conference. Position will be supervised by the SORH Program Director. As part of this work, the position will collect and input data into reports, presentations, and factsheets; assist with conference and event planning, conduct secondary research. Good communication and computer skills as well as being able to work with 5th-12th graders and health professionals are key qualities for this hire.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with good judgement, high level of attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Internet research skills.
Minimum Requirements
• Experience and skills using computers/software, primarily the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful completion of criminal history background check. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identityand eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Qualtrics
• Healthcare or rural experience/interest

- Assist with conference related tasks.
- Assist with data entry and other survey related processing.
- Collect/research and input data for reports, fact sheets, and PowerPoints.
- Prep materials for dissemination - surveys, loan resources, scrubs shirts, etc.
- Assist with miscellaneous project support. - (Essential)
