Relationship Banker (Full-time in Woodville)

If so, Citizens State Bank is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker in our Woodville, WI location. The position will oversee and motivate staff in our Woodville, WI location while creating relationship and generating deposits and loans with our customers.

If hired, you will be responsible for growth and profitability of the office through developing full customer relationships and promoting a relationship building culture. You will work closely with office staff to direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of retail staff and maintain and/or implement Bank policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

Desired candidates must have experience supervising or working in a financial institution atmosphere. Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to talk with customers about bank products. Applicants with supervisory experience will be preferred. It will also be beneficial to the applicant to be able to learn new things quickly and multi-task. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and be capable of working in an environment with frequent interruptions.

Desired candidates will be able to work approximately 40 hours per week. Hours for this position will vary between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, which will also include rotating Saturday shifts.
