As an Associate with the Mahoney Business Solutions Team, you will perform a variety of accounting functions including:

Preparing financial statements
Performing account and bank reconciliations
Performing bookkeeping services for clients
Preparing required work papers to support related work product
Becoming proficient with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online accounting software
Assisting clients relating to basic QuickBooks questions and accounting functions

Seasonal overtime may apply depending on arranged work schedule.

Education and Skill Set Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field and/or 1-3 years accounting experience
Developing technical knowledge
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Team player with a positive - "can do" approach
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels and various clientele
Experience with QuickBooks accounting and other small business accounting packages, ProSystem Tax, CCH Engagement experience a plus

Base pay range of $66,000 to $72,000 per year.
