Responsibilities:
- Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning
- Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care
- Create a supportive and empowering learning environment
- Document employees' progress through testing and observation
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
Minimum Requirements
- Active CNA license, required
- Active CMA or LPN license, desired
- Minimum of two years clinical experience, desired
- Prior experience training employees, desired
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
