Alliance America, a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on life and annuities as well as investment planning. In this role, you will be given preset appointments by your assigned assistant , allowing you to hit the ground running and focus on building strong relationships with your clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients in providing comprehensive financial planning services that help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive client relationships by providing outstanding customer service and expert financial advice
Analyze clients' financial needs and develop personalized financial plans that meet their objectives
Provide guidance to clients on the best life and annuities products to meet their needs
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the financial planning field
Collaborate with other members of the Alliance America team to promote overall success of the organization
Provide clients with ongoing educational opportunities and resources to assist them in achieving their financial goals
Attend industry conferences and events to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

3 Years + of Industry Experience
Active Series 65 OR Series 7 & 66 OR ChFC equivalent
Active Life Insurance License
A clean U4 (if currently registered)
Proven ability to sell insurance products and/or investment strategies using a needs-based approach
Knowledge of fixed equity-indexed annuity products, life insurance, model portfolios, managing assets and other related financial products and concepts
Proficiency within Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to approach clients with sound financial and ethical judgment
Must be a self-starter and a problem solver
