Job Summary:
The Project Manager III, under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise Initiatives, ensures the successful implementation of change initiatives by driving employee and stakeholder adoption and minimizing resistance. They specialize in managing the people side of change, including business processes, systems, and organizational structures. Responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies, supporting learning and development efforts, developing communication plans, and evaluating stakeholder readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
- Support learning and development initiatives and identify new competencies needed within the organization.
- Create and execute communication plans to facilitate change initiatives and stakeholder impact.
- Evaluate stakeholder readiness, anticipate resistance, and address performance gaps.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and monitor success criteria.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to navigate transitions.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to address personnel risks and mitigate concerns.
- Support training programs and ensure knowledge transfer for successful adoption
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-10+ years of experience in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Experience in evaluating stakeholder readiness, identifying resistance, and facilitating transitions from the current state to the desired state.
- Proficiency in designing and developing communications and training materials across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to determine appropriate change management strategies and plans.
- Experience in large and complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and impacting internal and external audiences.
- Ability to provide support and coaching to managers and supervisors at all levels.
- Familiarity with enterprise software applications and systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with applications such as MS Teams, Sharepoint, ERP, benefits administration, performance management, or organizational websites.
- Previous experience in identifying new competencies and supporting managers in fulfilling the role of change sponsor.
Key Points:
- Monday-Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
- Hybrid work environment
- Pay: $55-$57/ hr
