2nd Shift Production Associates -$20-$25 per hour

We are GROWING and looking for more outstanding people to join the Spring Valley family! We have 2nd Shift Production Associate positions available for immediate start! Positions available include bagger/stacker, forklift operator, wheel loader operator, and mixer operator!

What you'd do:

• Stack 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping
• Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter production
• Running and monitoring machines (screener, mixer, bag sealer, robotic palletizer, etc!)
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings

• Operating wheel loader/front end loader to move bulk material
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)

Successful team members will have:

• Priority for safety and following established safety programs. Safety is our focus at Spring Valley!
• Outstanding attendance - your team (and your paycheck) depend on you!
• Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
• Previous front end loader experience or mixing/blending machine experience
• Ability to comfortably lift 50lbs repetitively.
• The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
• Pass a post-offer drug screen
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work

Shifts available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:15pm - 12:45am Monday - Thursday

Pay & Perks:

• $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience!
• Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium if you work 2nd shift
• Daily Production Bonus (paid bi-weekly - averages an additional $3-$8 per hour added to your wages)
