We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to join our talented team!

The position is a highly visible, team player with positive energy & great customer service skills. This position is responsible for managing Fargo-Moorhead facilities and for managing critical initiatives that span across north America. This role manages corporate facility  programs including crisis management planning, layouts/remodels, fleet vehicle, employee equipment check-out, various administrative tasks, and works with the facility management team to ensure the facilities are kept in excellent condition. 

Critical to success in this position is the candidate’s ability to access and meet the business needs from a facilities and support standpoint.

Role & Responsibility

Site Management
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, directing, and management of the facility team.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the North American Headquarters, The Studio and Ignite building.
  • Work with and oversee all vendors, utility providers and contractors to ensure that the Fargo-Moorhead facilities are operating efficiently and correctly.
  • Work with and oversee the local hospitality, catering, lodging, and transportation companies to guarantee quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Assist facility management to ensure the office is maintained appropriately and with scheduling repair work.
  • Oversee office-related vendor, mailroom, and front store management.

Safety
  • Manage crisis management plans for all NA locations.
  • Maintain site emergency action plans for all NA location. 
  • Work with other site Safety Leads to meet annual fire and tornado drill expectations.
  • Oversee NA employee badge system.

Program Management
  • Support the design, specification, and construction phase of modifications to new and existing infrastructure, plant and office workspace, as needed. This includes managing seating, conference space, and parking capacity.
  • Establish complete documentation of additions to infrastructure/system components.
  • Oversee the NA fleet vehicle program, establishing and enforcing necessary processes and policies that keep employees on the road and safe.
  • Enhance, align, and oversee our employee equipment check-out program across NA.

Project Coordination
  • Manage project documentation, budgets, and communication with customers/vendors.
  • Project manager for special projects.

Facility Maintenance
  • Oversee facility maintenance work, ensuring a  preventive maintenance program for all building systems and equipment is established.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for employees and visitors.
  • Work with Federal, State, and Local agencies to ensure company facilities are following policies and procedures.


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Required: 5-7 years
  • Travel Required:
  • Ability to understand what the business needs from a facilities perspective
  • Ability to set and execute strategies
  • Ability to communicate and influence necessary stakeholders
  • Ability to balance budget and project demands
  • Supervisory experience and the ability to manage resources with limited supervision
  • An ability to help lead change, with the initiative to challenge existing processes and look for ways to improve productivity
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide self-motivation

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
