Radio Frequency Design Engineer

RFIC Design Engineer - Minneapolis - Hybrid work

My client are looking for a Principal level (can consider more junior candidates) Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) Design Engineer to join a strong group of RFIC Designers to help lead the development of RF transceivers to address the IoT and 5G markets.

You will be responsible for:

• Specifying, designing and verifying key circuits and sub-systems of integrated RF transceivers
• Provide strong technical expertise and mentor junior engineers
• Work with other teams to facilitate the design and production process

For this role, we are looking for:

• Educational background in Engineering (or relevant)
• Experience in IC development
• Fluent English
• Strong RFIC understanding
• Strong design experience
