SPAMbassador- Part time (Austin, MN)

SPAMBASSADOR - PART-TIME To save time applying, Hormel Foods does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas for this position at this time. The SPAMbassador is responsible to interact with visitors to the SPAM Museum. Helping the visitors with interactive displays and providing information about SPAM and Hormel Foods as well as answer questions. Additionally, the SPAMbassador is responsible to care for the SPAM Museum, maintaining the appearance during hours in which it is open to the public. This position also may be required to work evenings and weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Person in this position: Sets up and opens the SPAM Museum for visitors. Greets visitors to the Museum. Prepares samples for visitors. Will be required to do minimal cleaning. Perform minor first aide in emergency situations. Close the SPAM Museum. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and follow through. A pattern of initiative. LOCATION AND HOURS: Austin, Minnesota Position is part time. The SPAM Museum is open 7 days a week, some holidays and evenings.
