The Financial Controller is in charge of closely monitoring a company's financial health. 5+ years of professional accounting experience with a strong understanding of processes and financial data analysis. This position reports directly to the company Director. BA in accounting and professional certifications preferred.
Duties to include:
The Financial Controller is in charge of closely monitoring a company's financial health.
Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to the current economic landscape.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.
Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development.
Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies.
Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, team and organizational budgets, and actual expenditures.
Establish (in coordination with the company Director) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a biweekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
Oversee and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
Full-time position. Office located in Milwaukee. Travel to Plymouth, WI HQ 1 day/week
Salary Starting @ $60,000 to $120,000 / Annual Salary - Exempt (commensurate with experience)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Preferred)
5+ years of Experience in Accounting or a related field(Preferred)
Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
