The FIS Banking Solutions Client Experience is a team of fast-paced, motivated industry experts that are dedicated to the success of the group. FIS is dedicated to creating best-in-class client experiences through a direct, trusted partnership that delivers shared success. FIS has been serving credit unions and banks for 40 years. Today, we are actively working with over 4,000 clients. We offer integrated and modernized payments platforms for the digital economy now and in the future.

We are looking for a Client Success Manager I to join this exciting team. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is located in Milwaukee, WI or St Petersburg, FL to work in a hybrid environment.

What you will be doing
  • Responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship.
  • Send standard client success plans
  • Lead digital first bill reviews
  • Review client metrics, plan and prepare digital semi-annual success reviews
  • Resolve client issues and assist in ticket creation for more complex issues
  • Participate in the renewal process to advocate for reviewal risks and client needs
  • Provide input on mass enablement opportunities
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Client Relationship or Client Success Role
  • Knowledge/background in a Banking or Credit Union environment
  • Ability to listen and escalate concerns of clients regarding current products/services
  • Strong technology expertise - proficient in Excel, able to analyze situations and data, and dashboards
