Position Description: Chef Director

As our Chef Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation at the location. You will be an integral part of ensuring that everyone is served and safety practices are executed to the highest level.

This is a Kitchen Manager position in a rehabilitation facility

Chef Manager responsibilities include:

Managing and developing a team
Scheduling labor
Controlling profit and loss
Maintaining inventory
Ordering food and supplies
Cooking daily meals of quality
Building rapport with the client
Ensuring excellent service

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior management experience in the food service industry is required
Prior culinary experience required
