As the Hydroponic Farm Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a state-of-the-art vertical farm. Hydroponic Farm Manager responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of a state-of-the-art vertical farm - Optimize crop yields- Manage the hydroponic system - Train and develop a team of employees - Review and analyze operating reports and take corrective action as necessary

Hydroponic Farm Manager essential job functions: - Experience in vertical farming and hydroponic systems - Exceptional leadership skills - Outstanding communication skills - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Hydroponic Farm Manager skills: - Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in hydroponic farming - Strong knowledge of plant biology and plant physiology - Experience working with a variety of crops - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
