Overview:

Due to growth, Bone & Joint is now hiring multiple full-time Physical Therapists for Outpatient Orthopedics focused positions in Wausau, WI.

Caseload / Patient Population:

Physical Therapists see patients 1 on 1 for their entire treatment session, no passing of patients to an aide or doubling of patients. The caseload is primarily general orthopedics with around 50% post-op care, all ages. PTs are well respected in the organization and have the opportunity to collaborate with physicians on a regular basis so patients receive the best care possible.

Patient Scheduling:

PTs are scheduled for approximately 53 patients/wk, 45 min treatment sessions (including evals). Physical Therapists average about 9-10 patients/day due to cancellations. No use of aides.

Work Hours:

Enjoy excellent work/life balance with this full-time position. No weekends or holidays. Variable hours within Clinic operation times of 7am-6 pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Must be available for full-time hours.
Prior experience is not required. New Grads are welcome.
