Production Shift Lead (Day Shift) $1000 Sign on Bonus!!!

Job Type: Full time

Shift Schedule: 12 hour shift 6am-6pm

Salary: $22 - $26 depending on experience

Hourly incentive bonus up to an additional $2+ per hour paid out monthly

Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Working Shift / Team Leader - provide leadership, direction, coaching to employees on assigned shift in 24/7 operation
• Run equipment and controls for wood pellet mill and dryer operations (PLC controls)
• Provide guidance and support for safe work environment

Requirements

• One to two years production experience in an industrial setting highly preferred
• Demonstrate strong communication and coaching skills
• Must be able to pass the company forklift certification
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of job
• Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations
