Fello is now expanding its team rapidly to keep up with an ever present demand, and to support this expansion, we are looking for a highly competitive Sales Account Executive to join our team.


Reporting to the Vice President, the Sales Account Executive will proactively develop B2B partnerships, focusing on large shipment accounts.


You will build your own pipeline by identifying new prospects and hunting for them using your creativity and persistence, updating the CRM with key details along the way. You will consistently communicate with your book of business and work with your accounts team services those accounts on the logistics side.


You will also run/participate in sales appointments generated by your outreach through cold calls, warm calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategic campaigns leveraging automation when possible.


Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients and maintain close/ongoing communication with customers and operations team to assure expectations are satisfied.

You will be equipped and trained on market knowledge, industry standards, and our service offerings, so you can be a consultative resource and partner to our clients, and and effectively provide quotes considering all variable factors


The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for coordinating with the Carrier Account Manager to onboard and nurture new accounts through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an exceptional sales professional with a track record of developing networks, building relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.


We need a competitor with the drive to succeed.


We are growing and learning every day; we require an eager, proactive, flexible, resourceful, and entrepreneurial salesperson who does not need hand-holding or micromanagement.You will be provided with world-class sales training, and a system developed to help you close more deals, faster.


While experience in the logistics industry is a plus, it is not a prerequisite. Instead, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS office suite of products, working knowledge of CRM technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc), obsessive attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.


Compensation :

This is an opportunity with unlimited growth potential for the right individual with a highly incentive-structured compensation package starting at $60-70k base with OTE of $100k+ in year 1 and possibility to earn well over $200k after book of business is developed in year 2.
