Position Information

This is a part-time or temporary non-benefited position.

Description & Details:

A temporary hourly position to work on truck research projects including the current FMCSA High Priority Project: Truck Safety Education Partnership. The subject matter expert participation in this project was approved as part of the proposal workplan in the truck liaison position that was to be defined. The position will start June 16, 2023 and end when the needed traffic safety research is completed, given adequate funding availability.

Work Schedule: Temporary, up to 20 hours per week

Advertised Pay: $32.00 hourly

Minimum Qualifications:

Trucking experience

Truck safety supporting no zone, work zone, and general safe truck industry driving practices.

Familiar with truck safety.

Fleet administration experience.

Practitioner experience and industry contacts.
