Pay: $14.67 per hour

How You'll Contribute:

• Guide, instruct, and supervise cooperative team building activities
• Lead participants in safely using high ropes and challenge course
• Facilitate discussions and debriefs to help groups build trust, communication, and cooperation
• Set up, take down, and properly store equipment utilized in activities
• Assists in development of the program

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Desire to work with individuals of all ages and abilities
• Comfortable with heights
• Ability to move in a wide range of motion
• Ability to move continually during work hours
• Pass an organizational background check
• Able and willing to handle conflict and work through team challenges
