Description

  • Assist Project Manager in all phases of construction
  • Promote and maintain client relationships
  • Write RFI's, submits for approval and distributes accordingly
  • Review and understand the subcontract documents as they apply to assigned areas of responsibility
  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with OSHA standards
  • Monitor project costs to stay within budget
  • Review and interpret documents from the architect on an on-going basis
  • Observe all areas of the construction job site in performance of the listed duties and expectations

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
  • Desire to travel and grow your career
