Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance on bakery equipment by completing work orders such as oil chains, inspecting for worn parts, etc.
  • Answer line calls to adjust, replace, or service equipment during production in a timely manner
  • Assist in building maintenance, change light bulbs, replace air filters, etc
  • Fill out appropriate documenting
  • Clean and organize parts room

Qualifications:

  • GED or High School diploma
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices for the food production industry
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
