Maintenance Technician- Night Shift

Our world-class team in Bloomer, WI is seeking a passionate and highly-motived Maintenance Technician. Starting Wages up to $28.00 an hour!

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be:

• Maintaining a safe working environment and good housekeeping conditions.
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed properly and accurately.
• Troubleshooting Electrical and Mechanical processes and controls as assigned.
• Assembling and installing new production equipment.
• Making mechanical repairs.
• Electrical repair. (Replace motors, drives, fuses, etc.)
• Completing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Performing roll changes as dictated by the production schedule.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics as they relate to electrical and mechanical requirements.
• Performing facility maintenance tasks.
• Operating electrical and mechanical test equipment.
• Automotion experience is a plus (Servo, Steppers, Drive, etc.)
• Excellent Verbal and written communication.
• Deals effectively with all levels of company personal.
• Ability to work well with others and lead a cross functional team.
• Sound and Problematic decision making.
